Entering our second year El Asador Restaurant Jakarta is very happy to hosted Media Luncheon for our lovely media fellow.
It’s a great chance to refresh the memories of our quality of food and great services with few updates information of restaurant, 4 January 2015.
The luncheon was attend by 25 media friends, they all enjoying the super lunch that we served with casual ambiance. As the starter we served our delicious Grilled Chicken Caprese Quesadilla, unlike the standard Quasadilla ours is a mix fusion twist of South American quesadilla with Italian pizza. Toasted soft shell flour tortilla, topped with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, juicy grilled marinated chicken breast, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and sour cream.
Followed by our Cheese and Beef Empandas and Cheese Nachos El Asador – filled up with Yellow crispy corn tortilla chips, topped with melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese, homemade tomato sauce, homemade guacamole, and sour cream. Add spicy jalapeño to spice things up!
For the main course, we served our best selection meats from the Parillas. A grand feast for the meat lovers, where they enjoy all of the meat cuts such as pollo El Asador (Chicken), Vacio, Ribs and Lamb Chorizo grilled fresh from our wood fire parrillas! And to complete the perfection, our signature chimichurri homemade sauce is served to fill up the South American taste.
During the lunch, we are very happy to explain to our Media Friends few updates about the restaurants such as our new Opening hours. As now we open from Monday – Sunday from 11am till midnight. The BBQ Parillas open every 5pm from Monday – Friday and every 11am from Saturday – Sunday. Perfect time for weekend brunch!
As for group bookings where our costumer can host their parties, meetings or gathering we can block our area for minimum package of 30 people inside the restaurant and they can enjoy free usage of our big screen projector, karaoke & sound system and even the live music band equipment.
El Asador will release lunch package to filled up our costumers request during the day which they can enjoy our international food choices, our famous Eggs Benedict El Asador, Milanesa de Pollo, Sandwich Caliente Mozzarella or even our steak varieties is ready for lunch package hours from 11.30 – 2pm every Monday – Friday.
