Guests can pair seaside relaxation with selections from an extensive menu of beers, cocktails, wine and light bites. Fresh ingredients from Alila Manggis organic garden are the secret to what gives a fresh taste to the bar’s signature drinks, and the delectable bar bites crafted by Executive Chef Sandi, from finger-licking fish and chips to Bali-inspired favorites such as Iga Bakar Babi.
Guests can also learn to mix, muddle, shake and stir their way to the perfect cocktail in ‘Make Like A Mixologist’, a one-hour hands-on mixology class where the bar’s expert mixologist will demonstrate the finer points of cocktail creation.
