Mezzanine at Park Regis Arion Hotel hosted a delightful evening of delicious European food and wine pairings on Friday, 26thOctober, 2018.
The guests enjoyed an exclusive six-course menu designed by Mezzanine’s Executive Chef Sayuzi. Each dish had been carefully matched with the Best Wines from 2017 by Hatten Winesand some of the best labels from Two Island Wines.
The dinner began with Shrimp Vol au Vent Delight, paired with Hatten Tunjung Sparkling Brut. Mango Chicken Salad with Balsamic Dressing, paired with Two Islands Sauvignon Blanc 2017. It’s then followed by Creamy Tomato Soup with Garlic Bread, paired with Two Islands Reserve Chardonnay 2014.
The journey continued with Grilled Angus Beef Tenderloin sautéed butter Vegetables and Fries served with Black Pepper Sauce, served together with Two Islands Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2014. The dessert offered will be Dark Chocolate Cake, paired with Hatten Pino de Bali. It ended with variety of Cheese and Macarons, paired with Two Islands Reserve Shiraz 2014.
