With a delightful setting of Café Gran Via, sumptuous menu variety from the freshest ingredients accompanied by smooth melodies, Jazz Brunch at Café Gran Via ‘Jazzylicious’ will poised to conquer the most discerning palates of guests.
Presenting a bespoke experience, Executive Chef Ingo Oldenburg, draws his inspiration from the city’s culinary tradition; for a fine Sunday brunch with family or loved ones. The sophisticated menu will feature delectable international cuisines, fresh seafood, and specialty barbecues.The Jazzylicious Sunday Bruch is also complimented with ice tea, juices, soft drinks and beers.
Featuring an extravagant menu with bountiful offerings, guests can indulge in enticing selection of appetizers at the buffet including cold cut platter, weekly soup choices, alongside a fine assortment of sushi, sashimi, cheeses, salads and Indonesian small bites. The Spanish delicacies including seafood paella,Spanish mushroom croquettes, Spanish salad and more will also presented for those crave for an authentic taste of Spanish cuisine. In addition, seafood station promises to satisfy all cravings with unlimited refills of fresh oyster, lobster, half shell mussels, scallops, and more.
Grill lovers should look no further than the grill and carving station serving selection of high quality roast us prime rib eye, ikan bakar sambal matah, taliwang Beurre Blanc, sate marranggi, kepiting saos padang, ikan pepes bakar kemangi and more accompanied with assorted dips and sauces to enjoy. Not only that, delicious options of homemade pasta and pizza, soups, dimsum, Mongolian barbeque and traditional stalls (gerobak) that will be ready to refine your dining enjoyment.
The brunch experience will be capped off with an extensive dessert spread prepared by the hotel’s talented pastry team. Guests are invited to design their own creations of crepes, freshly prepared chocolates, delectable ice creams and other range of delicious cookies, cakes and puddings.

A special for this July is the kids’ art class in collaboration with LOKKA studio where Jazzylicious Sunday Brunch guests can bring along their kids by paying only 50% from their normal rate of IDR 187,500.
