A New Dining Experience at The Chinese National
The Chinese National officially introduces a new concept leading to modern Cantonese cuisine flavor, where with this new concept and several menu options, it is hoped that it can provide a new dining experience for diners and Cantonese food lovers. The new concept from The Chinese National will bring adds value to the dining experience for foodies by presenting a variety of Cantonese food with Cantonese cooking methods and selected fresh ingredients.
Cantonese cuisine originated from the Guangdong province of China. It is composed of simple dishes that are all about clear, natural flavors and a reflection of the region’s abundant seafood and agricultual products. While chefs in Sichuan and Dongbei province use strong spices, Cantonese chefs uses only a few to let the main ingredients shine.
This concept refreshment event will be coinciding with the celebration for 2nd Anniversary of Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue, The Chinese National is offering special prices to the guests in the following choices; All You Can Eat Cantonese Buffet for Lunch only at IDR 198,000++/ pax and Cantonese All New Menus for A-lacarte Dinner starting from IDR 60,000++/ portion.
