Hyatt Centric Melbourne
Anticipated opening date: 1 December 2021
Marking the Centric brand’s entry to Australia, Hyatt Centric Melbourne will feature 277 guestrooms and a 25th floor restaurant with panoramic views of the skyline and menus inspired by the city’s eclectic and vibrant foodie scene making it the perfect inner-city location for your stay. Aman New York

At the crossroads of 57th Street and Fifth Avenue, Aman New York will offer unparalleled service, world class dining and entertainment venues, a comprehensive Aman Spa, and exclusive branded residences – the very first urban Aman Residences worldwide. Providing guests and residents with holistic wellbeing through Aman Wellness, Aman New York will finally bring the peace promised by Aman’s Sanskrit-derived name to one of the world’s greatest cities.
Designed by renowned architect Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston to pay homage to the Crown Building’s striking architecture, Aman New York will comprise of 83 elegant guest rooms and suites, which start at 70 square metres and each have a functioning fireplace – something of a rarity in New York.

Regent Phu Quoc

Dramatic yet discreet, the waterfront Regent Phu Quoc is an all villa and suite resort, elegantly designed to create a serene sanctuary. The first resort to open in South East Asia after IHG’s acquisition of Regent in 2018, the property is cocooned in the white sands of Long Beach in Phu Quoc, offering perfect sunset vistas to encourage a sense of repose. Recognised by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve, nearly half Phu Quoc island is a National Park.
Regent Phu Quoc has been thoughtfully designed by BLINK Design Group who were inspired by the island’s tropical abundance and tranquil surrounding. Alila Taihu Suzhou will feature 42 guestrooms, 56 private one- and two-bedroom villas.
