SenS Hotel & Spa + Conference Ubud Town Centre held a blood rddonation activity in collaboration with PMI Gianyar on Friday, December 3, 2021. This social action is part of hotel’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program which is routinely carried out 2-times a year. The Blood Donation was carried out at the Pre-Function area of the hotel’s Ballroom, between 3 to 5 pm.
A total of 33 people participated, however after a strict health screening process by the PMI Gianyar, 11 blood bags were able to be collected. The donors came from hotel guests, invited colleagues and the SenS Hotel employees.
The General Manager of SenS Hotel & Spa + conference Ubud Town Centre, Mr. Sven Remo praised all the participants who came in today and so willingly donate their blood to help save the lives of others.
“On behalf of SenS Hotel & Spa, I would like to say thank you for all the support and participation of all the donors and we hope that the blood collected today can help patients survive surgeries, cancer treatment, chronic illnesses, and traumatic injuries. Donating blood does not only save the life of others, but is also good for one’s self as it help reduces the risk of cancer, stroke and good for the health of the heart,” he said.
