Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy Santanera’s strawberry and white chocolate granita, which is inspired by a traditional Colombian street food dessert called fresas con crema normally sold on the streets of Bogota on the weekends.
“At Santanera we have tweaked this dessert by creating a fresh textural dessert of compressed watermelon, white chocolate ganache, strawberry granita, and a milk sorbet,” said Andres.
