Pre-Dawn Feasts and Special Rates on Luxury Villas are Just the Start
Celebrations of the Muslim holiday of Ramadan, and the subsequent Eid al-Fitr are well underway at Karma Kandara, the majestic resort perched on the cliffs of Uluwatu. The Balinese destination is already legendary for its events throughout the year, and this holiday is always special.
For 2022’s Ramadan, there are a series of specials in store. First and foremost is a pre-dawn feast option for those following Puasa, the month-long fast. From 4.00am till 15 minutes before Imsak every day will be an array of edible delights promising you the sustenance required to remain steadfast throughout the day. Think chicken porridge Bubur Ayam, banana chocolate chip pancakes, and mie goreng among the plentiful dishes available.
Karma Kandara will also be introducing Ramen-don, a Halal Indonesian-inspired slew of Japanese noodle and rice dishes in ode to Ramadan and Eid. Available daily from 11.00am till close, steaming bowls of ramen will be served. Break-Fast Ramen – a light organic chicken broth, with bumbu kuning, organic spring chicken chashu, 65-degree egg, homemade ramen noodles, and spring onions or the East Java meets Tokyo inspired Ra-Udon-won – wagyu beef with kluwek, shoyu, spring onions and toasted shallots.
Accommodation special for the Eid Mubarak Getaway, guests will be treated to a One Bedroom Pool Villa Stay with Sahur or Breakfast for two, for just IDR 3,450,000 net. Or upgrade to a Three Bedroom Pool Villa (with the same breakfast for two) for IDR 7,800,000 net. Expect luxurious extras on top, from daily fruit baskets, to 30-minute massages for two, and complimentary access to Karma Beach Bali.
