Sunway City Kuala Lumpur’s transformation of its flagship property, Sunway Resort, began early 2020 – the most extensive renovation in its 25-year history. Phase one of our US$60 million project is now complete, and guests are welcome to experience eight (8) brand new rooms and suites.
The next phases of Sunway Resort’s dramatic transformation will be progressively revealed in 2022, where guests can expect more themed suites, dedicated family spaces, exciting new dining destinations, reimagined leisure facilities including the swimming pool, health club and more, securing Sunway City Kuala Lumpur’s position as Asia’s leading fully-integrated premier hospitality and entertainment destination.

Reimagined Rooms and Suites Now Open
Introducing our entry-level Deluxe Rooms (30-40sqm) with brand new interior fittings for guests to unwind in comfort includes a luxurious marble bathroom, premium bath amenities, sleep-inducing beds, a choice of pillows from our pillow menu and the latest gadgetry, including a 50-inch television with IPTV. For added comfort, the Grand Deluxe Rooms (40-50sqm) offers a larger room with bathtub. Connecting rooms are available, making the Deluxe and Grand Deluxe Rooms ideal for every occasion.

For more exclusive stays, our Club Rooms (40-50sqm) promise stylish and contemporary interiors with intuitive amenities, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a bathtub with a 21-inch TV. Guests will also enjoy a wealth of added extras and privileges including access to the 20th Club and soon, breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill – the first Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill located outside of the United Kingdom.
As we continue to prioritise healthcare for all our guests, our unique Wellness Suites (45sqm) enables guests to soothe their body and stimulate their mind in the comfort of their own space.
These serene sanctuaries are equipped with the latest health and wellness tech, including sleep trackers for a balanced, stable sleep essential for nocturnal regeneration of the body, in-Suite state-of-the-art Technogym equipment which includes a Technogym treadmill, a Technogym Bench complete with an all-inclusive functional training kit of elastic bands, hexagon dumbbells, weighted knuckles, a training mat and a Technogym Wellness Ball.
The Wellness Suites also includes online fitness coaching by Fitscovery, making it the perfect suite for guests to maintain their wellness journey on the go.
For the corporate jet-setters, our Business Suites (40-45sqm) feature a dedicated and professional office space with a large desk, plush sofa, a printer and complimentary stationary. Available for single occupancy on business travel, these seamless Suites also allow busy executives to unwind to Fitscovery’s online, in-room fitness coaching and to relax the day away in a bathtub with a 21-inch TV.
