The journey begins with Basil Roasted Tomato Soup and Chicken Wonton Soup before diving into light meal dishes such as Chicken Gyros, Spicy Tofu, and Meat Ball Sandwich. Of the wide variety of main courses, Chef Fai presents Indonesian delicacies, including Nasi Bogana Khas Flora, Bebek Bakar Goreng Sambal Hijau, Nasi Bakar Warisan Rasa Tuna Kemangi, and Nasi Bakar Warisan Rasa Ayam Pedas. Completing this highlight, it is served with a tempting array of sweets like Chocolate Lava Cake, Burnt Cheesecake, Es Puter Tempo Doeloe and Man Samapalang Cheum (Thai Cassava).
