But now the Batu Bolong space has cemented itself as a must-visit culinary destination with the arrival of Mason’s Supper Club series, an especially collaborative event which will see the Bali-based eatery join forces with some of the most revered restaurants from around the globe for an exclusive one-off event.
Next up is Australia’s Magill Estate Kitchen and its chef and director Scott Huggins. Taking place at 7pm on Thursday, September 15, in The Back Room, the intimate event will showcase the culinary expertise of Huggins, a veteran of Australian hospitality with more than 24-year experience.

Huggins is currently the man behind the revered Magill Estate Kitchen, a space nestled on 12 acres of historic vineyards, at the home of the celebrated Penfolds Wines, one of Australia’s most famous wine brands. There are just 35 seats available, with guests set to enjoy a five-course menu paired with the best of Penfold’s top tier wines including the famed Penfolds Grange.
