Newly appointed Head Chef of Cucina, Patrizia Battolu, and her team have prepared succulent dishes crafted using fresh local ingredients. Some of the international dishes patrons should not miss are Thermidor, lasagna, Cucina’s signature pizzas, parmigiana, paella, kappa maki as well as fresh oysters, clams, prawns, and crabs from the Cold Dishes corner.
