To celebrate the most romantic day of the year, The Stones – Legian, Bali, A Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, has prepared a romantic gourmet dining experience on Valentine’s Day. Chef Daniel “Danny” Chaney, the resort’s Executive Chef, has meticulously crafted an appetizing 4-course set menu for lovebirds to celebrate a love to remember.
For this romantic dinner, patrons can choose to dine at the modern Big Fish Grill outdoor restaurant or experience the romantic sunset view of The Cabana. Both venues will be poetically decorated with flowers and beautiful decorations to elevate the dining experience.
As they say, the best way to a person’s heart is sharing delicious meals together, so Chef Danny has come up with a menu to tantalize your taste buds. The dinner will start with Cured Salmon Carpaccio with crab fennel salad topped with yuzu aioli and Ikura caviar on the side. It then continues with King Prawn Risotto in a well-balanced herb and parmesan mix topped with prawn bisque.
Chef Danny, the grill master has also prepared Stockyard Wagyu MBS 8+ Striploin Steak with lobster, leeks, a dash of seasonal truffle hollandaise and smoked tomato jam for the main course. A White Chocolate Mousse in strawberry puree and vanilla sorbet will be served to close the romantic meal.
To compliment your meal, the Hotel’s mixologist has crafted two distinctive drinks, Blue Seduction and Creamy Lady, for the gentlemen and the ladies, respectively.
For entertainment, an enchanting performance from a live music band will serenade couples with romantic ballads to finish off the night. The romantic gourmet dinner is offered from IDR1,500,000++ per couple or IDR1,899,000++ per couple, including sparkling wine.
