Le Méridien Bangkok, the art-inspired hotel in the heart of Thailand’s vibrant capital city, has crafted a special package that lets travellers check-in, chill out and experience many of the immersive new activities and amenities that were introduced for wellness seekers during the hotel’s recent refurbishment.
Under the “Well-being Package,” couples can enjoy a two-night stay in an Executive Round Room, which is perched on the 22nd floor and features a circular bed. Proven to enhance sleep quality and ease pent-up stress, these unique beds also let guests admire panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows, or simply cuddle up and watch a movie on their large LED Smart TV. To ensure a warm welcome, the package also includes a “Comfort Welcome Set” – a selection of fragrant floral tea and tasty Thai sweets.
Having experienced comfort and relaxation in their room, guests can take a revitalising 60- minute dip at Flow Onsen, an elegant new private bathing space. Inspired by the Chao Phraya River and Thailand’s traditional floating communities, this is an intimate and deeply serene space where couples can feel the healing power of warm, mineral-rich water, with salts imported from Japan.
Le Méridien Bangkok’s onsen is almost five square metres and 0.6 metres deep, ensuring plenty of space for two people to unwind together.
Flow Onsen is perfect for couples
At SPA by Le Méridien, highly trained therapists will be on hand to offer 60-minute Thai Massage or the hotel’s signature Discovery Massage, a deeply invigorating Thai-Balinese style oil treatment that has achieved a top rating on Tripadvisor. Guests will also be able to cool off at the outdoor infinity pool or work out at the fitness centre, which is fully-equipped with Technogym machines and frames fantastic views of the city.
The Well-being Package also promises daily breakfast, so every traveller can enjoy the best possible start to their day in Bangkok with a selection of Thai or international morning favourites. This can be savoured at Latest Recipe, the hotel’s vibrant all-day dining destination, or at Le Méridien Club, the private lounge. This exclusive space also promises refreshments every afternoon from 14.00 – 16.00 hrs and a daily “Creative Hour” with artistic cocktails and handcrafted canapés from 18.00 – 20.00 hrs.
“Our recent refurbishments have positioned Le Méridien Bangkok as an oasis of tranquility in the heart of Silom, Bangkok’s upbeat entertainment district. This new Well-being Package is ideal for anyone seeking a dedicated wellness retreat, celebrating a special occasion with a loved one, or those who want to balance their exciting city break with some soothing elements. Our all-new Executive Round Rooms and Flow Onsen are sure to create lasting memories,” said Mr. Dieter Ruckenbauer, General Manager, Le Méridien Bangkok.
