Meanwhile, Starbucks continued expansion in Indonesia will focus on going beyond Java Island this year, one of which is Kalimantan. This one-floor store is located in the city center, precisely on Jl. Diponegoro no. 5-6 Langkai, Pahandut, Palangka Raya. The 242m2 large store has a community table right in front of the bar which makes it easier for customers to interact with the baristas as well as a fairly large outdoor area in front of the store.
With strong wood elements as the interior, this store feels comfortable and invites customers to come and enjoy the ambiance of the store with family, friends, or colleagues.
“We are excited to be expanding to the cities of Pematang Siantar and Palangka Raya and are looking forward to serving the local community at our stores,” said Anthony McEvoy, leader of PT Sari Coffee Indonesia, the licensee for the Starbucks brand in the market.
