Taikoo Shing
Our earliest residential project has grown to become one of our greatest examples of placemaking. Started in 1975, Taikoo Shing Phase 1 quickly became the benchmark in Hong Kong for quality private homes.
What set Taikoo Shing apart was the overarching design of the district, building homes around gardens, art spaces and the community. Several generations on, this neighbourhood continues to flourish with 12,500 homes and also with the biggest shopping mall in Hong Kong Island – Cityplaza.
