Soup
Since the salmon used in Genki Sushi is a direct import from Norway, we want to make the most of it. The introduction of the two new soups, both featuring salmon and using miso soup, is a wonderful way to showcase the versatility of this delicious dish.
Salmon Head Soup is rich and flavorful, with the added bonus of being high in collagen and other nutrients. Salmon Belly Soup is also delicious, with the rich, fatty belly meat adding a decadent texture and flavor soup. Additionally, this soup menu is intended to be shared.

Sushi
It’s interesting to learn that Hokkaido is also famous with its crab and Genki Sushi is a great place to indulge in some delicious sushi dishes with crabs. The Kani Mentai Maki with green peppers sounds intriguing, as the addition of peppers could add an extra level of flavor and texture to the crab filling. And the homemade spicy sauce in the Kani Spicy Roll is sure to provide a delicious kick to taste buds.

About Genki Sushi
The story of Genki Sushi itself began in late 1968. At that time, the sushi Chef Fumio Saito in Japan was dreaming to open a traditional sushi restaurant that was combined with modern technology. He created Kaiten sushi concept, which has become a pioneer in using a conveyor belt to present sushi. After great success in Japan, Genki Sushi expands to Singapore, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Kuwait, China, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
