Popular classics such as Dover Sole is served with Brown Butter, Lemon, New Potatoes and Sea Bass with Salt Baked and Lemon Butter.
The dessert selection features Couverture Chocolate 55% with Cocoa Nibs and Chocolate Ice Cream, Citrus Fruit Segment with Orange, Grapefruit, Bali Pomelo and Campari Sorbet.
To complement the delightful cuisine, guests are invited to The St. Regis Wine Vault to explore their preferred label from one of Jakarta’s largest and most well-curated wine list with more than 400 labels.
A comprehensive cocktail selection executed from The St. Regis Bar is also available in addition to the specialty signature drinks and digestives available for guests to choose from.
