EQ Full-Electric Vehicle and The Latest Generation of The Best-Selling Mercedes-Benz SUV at Star Drive 2023
- The annual Mercedes-Benz Star Drive 2023 event will be held once again at Main Atrium Senayan City from 15-18 June, 2023.
- At this year’s Star Drive, PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia presents four new vehicles, including two vehicles from the Mercedes-EQ full-electric vehicle lineup, namely The new EQA and EQB.
- Star Drive 2023 is an initiative from PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia in fulfilling its commitment to launch 19 new vehicle models in 2023.
PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia officially opens the annual Star Drive 2023 event, which takes place at Main Atrium Senayan City from 15-18 June, 2023. At this year’s Star Drive, PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia launches 4 of its latest models, including two full-electric vehicles: The new EQA; The new EQB; The new GLC; and The new A-Class.

At the Star Drive 2023 event, PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia launched the following four vehicles:
- The new EQA
The new EQA is the entry level SUV model in the full-electric Mercedes-EQ lineup. All the features available on the Mercedes-Benz GLA are also available on The new EQA and are combined with a very efficient electric drive.
The new EQA comes in the Electric Art variant with rose gold accents on the air vents and seats covered in two-tone ARTICO man-made leather. This vehicle is designed primarily to meet the needs of electric mobility from urbanites in Indonesia.
The new EQA has a range capability of up to 486km based on WLTP thanks to a double decker lithium-ion battery with an energy content of 66.5 kWh, which can be charged from 10% to 80% in 32 minutes using 100kW DC fast-charging. The new EQA is also the first vehicle from the Mercedes-EQ line with digital aerodynamic development, which results in a cd value of 0.28.
