Available at Peacock Lounge from 21 July until 31 August 2023, this afternoon set was crafted for guests who appreciate all things beautiful and the art of tea.

Inspired by L’Art & La Matière’s signature raw materials, the culinary team has created a thoughtful menu woven with flowers, fruits, and herbs. The vibrant florals, robustly fruity, and woody fragrances juxtaposed with delicacies will delight all senses.

Guerlain Afternoon Tea
Peacock Lounge brings guests an enchanting teatime journey, imparting an aura of joyfulness, charm, and elegance. Taking inspiration from L’Art & La Matière’s signature raw materials, the tea set features notes of rose, jasmine, lavender, mandarin, earl grey, clove, peach, and almond – the selection of sweets includes Clove Chocolate Tart with dark chocolate ganache and clove reduction.
The Peach Mousse highlights a refreshing taste of light peach cream on butter sable, and the Rose Cherry Panna Cotta is full of dark cherry fillings layered with fragrant rose panna cotta.
Balancing the sweet, guests can enjoy refined bites such as the Truffle Mushroom Sandwich featuring mushroom and truffle puree, anchovy, olive oil, and black toast; Basil Crisp Chicken with creamy chicken mousse, marjoram in a crisp basil tartlet, as well as Cured Salmon Crepes with seasoned cream cheese and dill.
