Sudestada’s success cannot be separated from Victor Taborda’s talent as the executive chef. Born and raised in Argentina in the small town of Neuquen, on the North end of Patagonia. Victor grew up assisting his father in the family steakhouse, honing his culinary skills by preparing meals for his siblings. Fueling his love for cooking, he furthered his culinary journey at the prestigious Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia in Buenos Aires.
Along his path, Chef Victor had the privilege of working alongside renowned three-Michelin-starred chef Dani Garcia at Tragabuches Restaurant in Malaga. With his expertise expanding, he assumed the role of Executive Chef at La Veranda Restaurant in the exquisite Ritz-Carlton Marbella.
At Sudestada, meat is the main star on the menu. The meat served at Sudestada is carefully sourced from Argentina and Australia, ensuring unparalleled quality. The two-storey building welcomes guests daily from breakfast until late, guests may feel transported to Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, as they are welcomed with the amiable charm of an Argentinian home.
