Mama San Bali, the acclaimed culinary destination helmed by Chef Will Meyrick, is proud to announce its latest venture, the Mama San Supper Club. This new addition represents an evolution in dining, offering patrons an elevated experience that combines sophistication, innovative cuisine, and exclusive entertainment.
With a fresh transformation, Mama San Bali presents two distinct dining spaces under one roof. The ground floor unveils the reimagined Mama San Dining Room and Grill, where traditional flavors of Thai, Indonesian, and Laotian cuisines blend seamlessly with refined culinary techniques.
The vibrant ambiance is characterized by plush green banquette seating, dark timber accents, and elegant chandeliers, creating an inviting atmosphere for an unforgettable dining experience.
Upstairs, the Mama San Supper Club introduces a captivating concept inspired by classic speakeasies. Adorned with rich woods, moody lighting, and communal tables, the intimate 34-seat space is designed to host exclusive events and private functions.
Patrons can indulge in a secret, ever-evolving menu that celebrates seasonality and sustainability, showcasing premium-focused wines and cocktails. The Supper Club will also feature live entertainment and DJ sets, providing a dynamic nightlife experience.

Mama San Bali’s capacity is now extended to a total of 100 seats, distributed across its various sections:
- Dining Room: 70 seats
- Grill (Open Grill Side): 10 seats + 10 high-chair seats
- Bar & Drink Area: 20 seats
