Navigating Respiratory Wellness in the Current Urban Landscape
Verde Two presents an educational talk show focused on improving personal respiratory well-being in the presence of air pollution.
As air pollution in Jakarta reaches alarming levels, the need for understanding and maintaining respiratory health has become paramount. In response to this pressing concern, Verde Two has successfully held an insightful talk show on September 7, 2023, featuring distinguished guest speakers: Prof. Dr. Menaldi Rasmin, Sp.P(K), FISR, a renowned Pulmonologist, Lee Seunghan, Project Director of Farpoint, and Julius Warouw, Sales Director of Verde Two, and moderated by the esteemed Cisca Becker.
The talk show, which was held in the luxurious setting of Verde Two’s ballroom, was set to raise awareness about the deteriorating air quality in Jakarta and its impact on public health. Doctor Menaldi shed light on the health implications of urban air pollution and shared expert advice on mitigating its effects.
Mr. Julius and Mr. Lee provided valuable insights into the state-of-the-art Monteverde Tower- Verde Two facilities and the innovative double air filtration system implemented in the project. This system has been actively safeguarding the residents of Monteverde Tower- Verde Two since 2017, ensuring a healthier air inside the unit and minimizing the risk of PM 2.5 exposure up to 99%.
The attendees gained valuable insights into understanding the challenges posed by air pollution and practical ways to enhance personal respiratory wellness, especially in the urban environments struggling with escalating air pollution levels.
Monteverde Tower- Verde Two, in a strategic partnership with Asia Green Real Estate, is committed to providing healthy air to protect its residents’ respiratory system with high indoor air quality. Monteverde Tower- Verde Two is the first apartment building in Jakarta to feature sophisticated double air filtration system technology, ensuring its residents have access to high-quality indoor air at all times.
Compared to Jakarta’s current air quality index, which stands at 53 μg/m3, Monteverde Tower- Verde Two’s indoor air quality index consistently scores much lower, averaging below 15 μg/m3. This aligns with the World Health Organization (WHO) standard for indoor air quality, which is set at 15 μg/m3.
