CELEBRATION OF ART & CULTURE AT JIMBARAN PURI
Beyond aesthetics, the Celebration of Art & Culture at Jimbaran Puri seeks to ignite meaningful dialogues and connections among guests, promoting a strong sense of community and appreciation for local culture. Through this exhibition, Jimbaran Puri fosters an appreciation for the transformative power of art, deep understanding and appreciation towards Bali’s rich cultural tapestry.
In addition to exhibiting the masterpieces of prominent local artists such as Gede Sukarya, the resort has continuously partnered with Bali-based artisans to bring authentic experiences to the resort while at the same time empowering and supporting the local industry. Jimbaran Puri previously collaborated with prominent Balinese artist, Marmar Herayukti, in March 2023.
A Magnificent Ogoh-ogoh, a large-scale statue made from pulp, glue and bamboo which reflects human’s realization towards the power of the universe, created by Marmar was showcased at the resort to commemorate the Balinese Day of Silence.
