To bid farewell to a remarkable year, Sudestada cordially invites culinary fans to join an interesting celebration featuring a gifted chef from Mexico. The collaboration is called ‘Hermanos, brothers in Spanish, this collaboration guarantees an unforgettable dining experience for patrons.
Hermanos Vol. 1 will be held on November 3, 2023 featuring Chef Silverio Martinez, an accomplished Mexican chef boasting 19 years of culinary expertise. Chef Silverio’s culinary journey has seen him honing his skills at prestigious establishments across Singapore, Thailand, Japan, and Bali. He has also held an executive chef role at one of Marriott International’s properties in Mexico.
At the upcoming 4-hand dinner event, Chef Victor Taborda and Chef Silverio will collaborate on a 5-course set menu dinner, showcasing the best of Argentinean and Mexican culinary delights.
Among the featured dishes, you can look forward to savoring: Antojitos, Grilled Mollejas, and more. The dinner is available at IDR 1,400,000 ++ for two persons and IDR 1,700,000 ++ for two persons including wine pairing from Norton Wines.
