About the Jamu Bar
PT Nona Aryanta Aryaguna was created by Vanessa Kalani, Claudia Alana, and Denise Chen, who were brought together by their love of Indonesia and jamu. Denise learned about jamu while on her travels, while sisters Vanessa and Claudia have a closer and personal story with this traditional drink.
Claudia and Vanessa are the great great grand daughters of Nyonya Meneer, whose brand of jamu has become one of Indonesia’s most celebrated products. Vanessa, Claudia and Denise are excited to bring you their modern take on this ancient medicinal tonic.
