This November, Sudestada Jakarta launched its new weekend brunch. For mexican food enthusiasts, Taco Tuesday will be something that they are looking forward to. From the bar, there are 3 special cocktails available to compliment guests’ dining experience. Life is Wine-derful is featuring Tarapaca Gran Reserva wines from Chile.
Sudestada Jakarta is pleased to collaborate with Chef Silverio Martinez on some of their promotions. Hailing from Mexico city, Chef Silverio is a Mexican Chef with 19 years of experience, starting his culinary career in Mexico in the Hotel Industry. Four years of his journey, he has been living in Asia, working and studying the gastronomy and culture of different countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Bali, Indonesia.
Latino Brunch
From November 4 to December 31, 2023, Sudestada presents a new weekend brunch menu that will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. During brunch, guests can indulge in a variety of Latin-inspired dishes crafted by Chef Victor Taborda together with Chef Silverio. Dishes include Huevos Rancheros, Sudestada Brunch and Birriamen.
Taco Tuesdays
Sudestada launches Taco Tuesdays! As its name suggests, the special taco menu is a creation of Chef Victor Taborda and a Mexican guest chef, Silverio Martinez. Inspired by Chef Silverio’s hometown, patrons can enjoy the selection of taco dishes such as Taco Platter, Taco De Lengua, and Taco Suadero.
Interestingly, the tacos here are served on corn-flour-based tacos widely known for their tricky preparation process to offer something different.
During this promotion, guests can also enjoy an impressive tequila selection featuring El Pirata, La Princesa, and Agave. Taco Tuesdays will be available starting November 7, 2023, every Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Weekend Cocktail Trolley Service
Sudestada’s bartenders squad are delighted to showcase a series of special cocktails for November Weekend Cocktail Trolley Service. Available every Friday and Saturday at dinner time for the whole month, guests have a chance to enjoy three special cocktails, which are Smoke Cigar Old Fashioned that is offered for IDR 200++ per glass, as well as Pink Mojito and Winter is Coming for IDR 160++ per glass.

The monthly wine promotion continues at Sudestada with a different set of wine collections. This month, Sudestada offers various types of Tarapaca Gran Reserva wines starting from IDR 850,000++ per bottle. Originating in Chile, Tarapaca boasts a rich history spanning over 145 years, situated in the heart of Chilean viticulture, the Maipo Valley.
With a longstanding winemaking heritage, Tarapaca presents a collection of refined wines that have garnered international acclaim for their excellence and are born from the distinct terroir of this region.
