Sunday Folks is thrilled to announce the opening of its store in Indonesia. Tucked away in the trendy enclave of The Buya in South Jakarta, Sunday Folks is poised to bring joy to the community with its carefully curated menu.
Opening its first store in Singapore in 2014 in the tranquil neighborhood of Holland Village, Chip Bee Garden, Sunday Folks quickly gained widespread recognition as an artisanal dessert café. Its meticulously crafted menu includes freshly churned ice creams, delectable freshly baked Belgian waffles, and unique boutique cakes and confections.
At its core, Sunday Folks is dedicated to preserving the art of dessert-making, passionately creating handmade delights and beverages for all to savor and relish. In the home country, aside from the Holland Village store, Sunday Folks can also be found in ION Orchard.

“Sunday Folks is about a dining experience that reflects a sincere desire to deliver only the best possible desserts to every guest, where every day feels like a Sunday. That is what Sunday Folks is all about. We want to share the experience, the happiness, the celebration of Sunday Folks around the world starting from Indonesia,” said Wan Chin, Co-Founder of Sunday Folks.
In partnership with Upserve, Sunday Folks proudly unveils its Indonesian store, situated in the vibrant Cipete district of South Jakarta. This location was thoughtfully selected due to its reminiscent qualities of the original Sunday Folks store in Holland Village, Singapore, where the seamless integration of commercial and residential areas created a harmonious community.
