The Tomahawk Experience: A Culinary Journey

Tomahawk Beef is one of the special dishes served at this AFF. In addition to the executive chefs, several other special menus have been prepared, including Assorted Bread, Nibble, Roasted Sisig Bone Marrow, Pomelo Salad, Corn & Lemongrass Soup, Tomahawk Steak, Padang Style Prawn Scampi, Beef Brisket Ras El Hanout, Lime Sorbet, and desserts like Raspberry Mousse, Banoffee, and Mango. We not only offer special meals but also a variety of drinks such as wine, beer, and all kinds of juice at this festival.
