Vicko Alvonso, with over 13 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, spearheads the bar. Hailing from Malang, East Java, Vicko started his career as a bar floor staff, progressively ascending the professional ranks to become the accomplished bartender he is today.
His passion for crafting cocktails and innovating flavors has driven him to contribute his expertise to prominent establishments in Indonesia, including Union Group, Savoi Ultra Lounge, Hakkasan Jakarta, and Stark Tap Room.
