Fernet and cola is an extremely popular drink in Buenos Aires. The COAL version in San Telmo incorporates Ron Zacapa 23 to boost sweetness to balance out the boldness of the Fernet.

An homage to the mojito, where the subtle interplay of sweetness, tartness, and effervescence weaves its spell.

La Princesa

El Pirata
