Spark The Romance
Join us on Valentine’s Day for our exclusive romantic dining experience, ‘Spark The Romance.’ On February 14, 2024, this special dinner features a delectable five-course set menu.
Begin with enticing dishes like Octopus Tostada, Lamb Cannelloni, and Gazpacho, followed by main course selections like Salmon Quinotto or Tenderloin. Conclude the evening sweetly with desserts like Blackberry and Chocolate Sorbet and Raspberry Mousse. The dinner is priced at IDR1,500,000++ per couple, with an additional IDR 400,000++ per person for wine pairing (five glasses per person).
Menu Fresco
We are excited to unveil our enticing ‘Menu Fresco’ or ‘Fresh Menu’ which will be available throughout February.
For the Entradas Frias Cold Dishes, savory dishes like Coctel De Camaron Y Pulpo, Mexican-style Shrimp and Octopus Cocktail served with special sauce, onions, coriander and avocado; Green Aguachile De Camaron, shrimp cooked in Aguachile sauce, lemon, cucumber, radish and chili; Carpaccio De Res, raw Beef Tenderloin with Gribiche Sauce, capers, olives and Parmesan cheese; Tiradito De Salmon, thick-cut fresh salmon marinated in Nikkei-style sauce with yuzu, spicy mayo and tobiko; and Salmon Carpaccio, fresh salmon marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, capers and tartare sauce.
As for the Fuertes Main Courses, Chef Victor Taborda and his team present delightful options such as Camarones Al Ajillo, grilled tiger prawns in Mexican-style garlic sauce, aioli and homemade corn tortillas; Grill Huachinango (Zarandeado), grilled red snapper served with tortillas and Tamulada sauce; and Salmon Nikkei, grilled salmon glazed in sweet Nikkei-style sauce of miso and soy sauce and served with mushroom quinoa-risotto. This menu is available every day from 12 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
