The Archipelago Food Festival Presents the ‘Taste of Asia’ Featuring Over 100 Types of All-You-Can-Meat Cuisine from Across Asia
The Archipelago Food Festival, a grand culinary event involving several chefs from hotels under the Archipelago International umbrella, returns to Yogyakarta for the first time in 2024. This marks the 3rd time at The Alana Hotel & Conference Center Malioboro and the 32nd edition overall since its inception.

For this installment of the Archipelago Food Festival, Archipelago International has enlisted 10 chefs from various hotels, including Arif Suryadi, Executive Chef of The Alana Malioboro, Firmansyah, Executive Chef of Hotel NEO & Royal Malioboro, Dedy Suseno, Head Chef of Favehotel Malioboro, Gunawan, Sous Chef of Favehotel Kusumanegara, Anas Harsanto, Harper Malioboro, Agus Supriyanto, Head Chef of Aston Solo Hotel, Muhammad Firman, Executive Chef of The Alana Solo, Aris Sasongko, Executive Chef of Favehotel Solo, and led by Denny Fredderick, Corporate Executive Chef of Archipelago International along with Risman Sukmawan, Corporate Pastry Chef of Archipelago International.
They will collaborate to present special culinary delights at The Alana Hotel & Conference Center Malioboro on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Prawiro Restaurant.
