Served amidst the serene ambiance at Peacock Lounge, Fairmont Jakarta, guests are invited to savor a symphony of delicate flavors and visually stunning presentations.
Executive Pastry Chef, Chef Heru and his team made sure each element of our Sakura Afternoon Tea is a celebration of seasonal ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Revel in an array of delectable, sweet Rosella & Sakura Eclair featuring fresh Raspberry Pavlova and vibrant fillings, artfully complemented by savory bites like nothing better than Pink Beetroot Brioche.
The centerpiece of our Sakura Afternoon Tea is an exquisite selection of sweet and savory, meticulously designed to capture the essence of cherry blossoms in both taste and appearance.
From delicate Strawberry & Sakura Panna Cotta to Rosewater Cheesecake, each confection is a masterpiece of flavor and artistry, sure to delight the senses and transport guests to a world of springtime splendor.
To complete the experience, guests can savor our exclusive Sakura! Sakura! tea blends, a scattering of cherry blossoms and green tea yields a most aromatic fragrance evokes Kyoto’s most celebrated season, making it a perfect match with Sakura Afternoon Tea menu.
Sakura Afternoon Tea at Peacock Lounge will be priced at IDR 588.000 ++ per set, including a glass of house-made Sakura inspired mocktail and tea or coffee for two persons, available every day from 12 PM to 8 PM. Reservations are highly recommended to secure your table for this culinary experience.
The Gin Tonic Trolley at Peacock Lounge
Guests can also enjoy a tailored G&T moment every day from 12 PM to 8 PM, where a Gin sommelier cart is placed at Peacock Lounge. The Gin Tonic Trolley serves up a selection of premium gin, mixers, and garnishes to elevate the experience starting from IDR 100.000 ++. A mix-and-match experience is created that allows every guest to choose their local Gin of choice, a perfectly matched tonic, and their preferred garnish, with the choice of preferred glass to in- house guests.
