Pizzaiolo Marcos Bonotto will be at the forefront of the Pizzeria, where dough tossing, topping adventures and Mickey Mouse shaped pizzas will be made. Da Maria pizzas are naturally fermented for 24 hrs, inspired by the neapolitan way.
Parents can unwind and savour a selection of our signature pizzas and pasta specials, starting from just 100k. Da Maria Italo classics are also on offer, Campari Soda on tap and Indonesia’s first pétillant naturel – Lazarus Pulp pouring by the glass for 100k, alongside Locally crafted Island Brewing beer.
