Supplementary – Design Narratives

“Our design philosophy for Savyavasa is to create spaces that not only meet the needs of modern homeowners but are also beautiful and practical. We aim to convey a sense of luxury while allowing residents to reconfigure their spaces as needed,” says Eko Priharseno.

The unit spans 195 sqm with an open plan kitchen and living area designed to address the need for storage with innovative solutions such as a functional wall that maximizes space utilization. Installed in the living room is an artwork that doubles as a sliding door, which unveils a TV inside, and a light tracking system for modern lighting arrangements. Smart glass technology is used in the study room, allowing the room to transform into a bedroom when needed, for a convenient design element.

The Master Bedroom features untreated walls, creating focal points with layered textures. While the design remains simple, complexity emerges through intricate panel details. Round- ended furniture and natural finishing elevate the space, ensuring understated luxury while accommodating residents to reconfigure their spaces to suit different personal styles.
