The Strength of Female Workers
An intriguing aspect of BIN Cigar is that most of the workers are women, and this tradition has been maintained for generations. According to Febri, women have a unique perseverance compared to men. “Women are consistent and highly meticulous. Unlike men, who, if asked to do a task, may not finish it in two hours. Women can sit, be consistent, and careful for two hours. They start at 7, take a break at 9, resume at 10, and break again at 12, and so on,” Febri notes.
He continues to highlight the incredible capabilities of women, emphasizing that they are capable of maintaining composure and, most importantly, are not colorblind.
“About 1,500 people work here today, continuing the legacy of their predecessors. They can work according to targets, remain focused, and know precisely what needs to be done. This means we must understand what they need,” Febri adds.
Craftsmanship and Innovation
