This exciting new culinary journey brings the vibrant flavors of Okinawa to our Indonesian customers, celebrating the island’s unique food culture and presenting an array of exquisite sushi and ramen options that are sure to delight.

Okinawa Roll: This roll combines tamago yaki, kyuri, kani stick, salmon fillet, with a touch of mango, and ebiko, creating a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. The sweet tamago pairs wonderfully with the fresh seafood. 

Ogawa Roll: A flavorful roll with togarasi, tamago yaki, curly lettuce, dice beef, and tempura. The spiciness of togarasi complements the savory beef and crispy tempura bits.

Hakata Roll: Featuring tuna salad, kyuri, tempura, salmon fillet, avocado, with a touch of mango, and red chili, this roll offers a spicy kick with creamy and crunchy textures. It’s a vibrant and exciting combination.
