On the second day, the exhibition continued with a focus on food safety and culinary innovation, showcasing Sarirasa Group and its partners’ contributions in ensuring product quality. Yoga Setyadharma from Tofu Deli opened the session by discussing how Tofu Deli implements strict protocols and hygiene standards in tofu production. His explanation provided valuable insights into the challenges and best practices in maintaining product safety, in line with Sarirasa Group’s commitment to providing safe and high-quality food to its consumers.
Rita Andriana from Sarirasa’s Research & Development team revealed the secrets behind the use of safe food preservatives. She provided an in-depth look at how Sarirasa uses preservatives to extend shelf life without compromising consumer health. With a focus on innovation and food safety, Sarirasa demonstrated its dedication to maintaining product quality.
The session concluded with Aries Adenata, a supplier of gendar crackers for Sarirasa, who explained the safety measures in gendar cracker production. Aries highlighted the importance of using natural ingredients and hygienic manufacturing practices, ensuring that every product reaching the consumer meets Sarirasa’s high standards.
