We are thrilled to announce that Luca Marcolin will be joining the Da Maria bar team. Hailing from Padova, the italian native brings a wealth of international experience and expertise in both product and service to the venue.
Luca’s illustrious career spans over eight years in Dubai and significant time in London before he relocated to Bali a year ago. Luca led the bar team at the award-winning cocktail bar Zuma Dubai, and was pivotal in its recognition within the top rankings of the World’s 50 Best Bars.
Alongside Luca, Da Maria continues to celebrate the incredible work of Beverage Director Denny Bakiev, who will continue to lead Da Maria’s diverse program side by side with Marcolin inside the Capri inspired venue which showcases two internal bars, and the latest external courtyard bar.
