Harish Nair, General Manager
Harish Nair brings over two decades of management experience for iconic luxury properties across Asia. He started his career with the Oberoi Hotels and Taj Hotels before embarking on a new journey with the Six Senses in Vietnam, followed by extensive experience at Aman properties in the Philippines, Greece, India, and Thailand.
His journey with Marriott International started in 2019 when he managed The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort. Harish’s current role as General Manager of The Sira, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Lombok, at the forefront of The Luxury Collection brand, he aims to bring in his passion for luxury, creativity and ability to lead the teams in curating extraordinary and memorable experiences for guests.
Irawan Hadiwijaya, Director of Sales & Marketing
Irawan brings his enthusiasm, passion, and 13 years of experience in hospitality industry to The Sira with his expertise in sales and marketing. His journey with Marriott International led his in opening seven properties in Bali the first Renaissance in Indonesia at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa.
