Chef Nur brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role at The Sira. Beginning his illustrious career in 2006, he has honed his skills in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and resorts, including Kempinski, Leela Palace and Resorts, Taj Hotels, Rotana Hotels & Resorts, and St. Regis Vommuli Island in the Maldives – his last position before joining The Sira.
