The Archipelago Food Festival: Pamanukan Culinary Feast, themed ‘Ocean Odyssey Sea Fest, A Celebration of Seafood Delights,’ was successfully held on Friday, August 30, 2024, at favehotel Pamanukan. The event offered an unforgettable culinary journey, delighting guests with a wide array of seafood delicacies.
This festival highlighted the exceptional culinary prowess of 13 executive chefs from Archipelago International, they are Santoso Windoe, Corporate Executive Chef, Risman Sukmawan, Corporate Pastry Chef, Riswan Pramudia, Favehotel Pamanukan, Sukma Nuryadinata, Grand Aston Puncak Hotel & Resort, Faiz Firmansyah Ma’ruf, and Aston Cilegon Boutique Hotel.
Also, Ujang Rahmat, Favehotel Hypersquare, Febrian Sjarif, Aston Pasteur, Moh Nurus, Favehotel Karawang, Sigit Hendrawan, Harper Cikarang, Ari Gusti, Favehotel Gatot Subroto, Riyan Syaban Pamungkas, Aston Pasteur Bandung, Husni Thamrin, Aston Imperial Bekasi Hotel & Conference Center, and Bayu Sidiq Tresna, Grand Aston Puncak Hotel & Resort, who presented an impressive selection of 250 dishes.

The diverse offerings ranged from traditional to international cuisines, with a special focus on seafood. Highlights included Japanese Octopus Salad, Sashimi, Pan-Seared Tengiri, Swordfish, Prawn Scampi with Butter Chives Sauce, and Pan-Seared Lobster, among others.
Some of the menus served use ingredients provided by local fish farms such as oysters and also to cater to all tastes, the chefs also prepared a variety of dishes featuring chicken, beef, and lamb. For dessert, guests enjoyed exquisite options like Watermelon Granita, Fave Sunset, and Lemongrass Tart.
