Funds raised from these initiatives will go directly to the Indonesian Breast Cancer Foundation and Bali Pink Ribbon.
Five-star luxury resort Conrad Bali is proud to announce its participation in Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October. In a continued commitment to supporting breast cancer awareness and early detection, Conrad Bali has partnered for the fourth year in a row with the Indonesian Breast Cancer Foundation and Bali Pink Ribbon, with all proceeds from the resort’s two key initiatives going directly to the two foundations.
From October 1 to November 30, guests will have the opportunity to purchase the limited-edition Pink Ribbon Komang Monkey, Conrad Bali’s iconic plush toy mascot who has been welcoming guests to their rooms since the resort’s opening. For IDR 200,000 per piece, guests can bring home a cherished memento while contributing to a meaningful cause.
In addition to the Pink Komang initiative, Conrad Bali will host a special SWAY Sleep Journey on October 28, 2024, for IDR 650,000 per pax. This immersive therapy, which is unique to the resort, offers participants a deeply relaxing journey featuring suspended cocoon hammocks, grounding meditations, gentle swaying movements, and a soothing acupressure massage to nurture both body and mind.
Founded in 2009, Bali Pink Ribbon aims to reduce breast cancer mortality rates by providing breast cancer awareness education and screening programs throughout Bali and East Indonesia.
Its mission is to ensure breast cancer is preventable, detectable, and treated early, fostering a healthier future for women across the region.
For almost two decades, the Indonesian Breast Cancer Foundation has been dedicated to promoting early detection and awareness of breast cancer nationwide. The organization provides free breast screening services to women in Jakarta and surrounding areas, and actively spreads education and awareness through cities, villages, and media campaigns, working closely with professional and government organizations.
“We are honored to continue our partnership with the Indonesian Breast Cancer Foundation and Bali Pink Ribbon,” said Kevin Girard, General Manager of Conrad Bali.
