On Fridays, 20th & 27th December 2024 and 3rd January 2025, experience a delectable Seafood Beach BBQ on the pristine shores of Jimbaran Bay. Relish in an enticing selection of fresh seafood, expertly grilled in the traditional Jimbaran style, showcasing Bali’s rich culinary heritage.
The feast begins with an assortment of Balinese crackers and sambals, followed by Jukut Gedang be Pasih, a Balinese young papaya seafood soup with baby squid and white fish.
For the main course, delight in King Tiger Prawns, Pesan be Pasih (mahi-mahi fish fillet wrapped in banana leaves), minced fish satay, and baby squid satay, all served with fragrant turmeric rice and seasonal Balinese sides. Conclude the meal with a dessert platter featuring Dadar Gulung (pandan crepes with grated coconut and palm sugar), banana fritters, and homemade coconut ice cream.
