The experience begins with an amuse-bouche of Vegetable Spring Rolls as a timeless symbol of good fortune, growth, and prosperity. This is followed by Dumpling Noodle Soup, featuring delicate dumplings shaped like ancient gold ingots in a fragrant and savoury broth, as a soul-soothing dish.
For the main course, indulge in a selection of charcoal-grilled seafood and meats, including Snapper Fillet with Five-Spice Sauce with the balance of aromatic spices and tenderly cooked fish, Szechuan-Spiced King Prawns with a bold flavour that ignites the senses and perfectly glazed Honey Ginger BBQ Spareribs that bring together sweet and savoury tastes.
