Chinese New Year Hot Pot at Ah Yat Abalone

On January 27–29, 2025, Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant invites guests to celebrate Chinese New Year with its exclusive Hot Pot Set Menu, a dining experience perfect for bringing families and friends together.

The set menu features three signature broths, each offering a distinct flavor profile: the light and refreshing Health Chicken Soup, the bold and authentic Traditional Spicy Soup, and the rich and tangy Tomato Hot Pot.

Complementing the broths is a selection of handcrafted signature dishes, such as the Stuffed Tofu Platter, featuring a savory medley of pork and squid, Handmade Meatballs available in shrimp, fish, and beef flavors, and the Signature Crispy Fried Meat, made with fermented bean curd pork for a perfect balance of crispy texture and tender flavor. Guests can also indulge in a variety of specially crafted dipping sauces to enhance the flavors of every bite.

Starting January 30, 2025, the à la carte hot pot menu will be available, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite dishes at their leisure.

In addition to the hot pot experience, Ah Yat also offers Chinese New Year lunch and dinner, featuring an array of Cantonese delights perfect for family-style dining, including dim sum, crispy duck, and an assortment of flavorful seafood options.
