On Friday, 29 November 2024, Apéritif proudly hosted the Disciples Escoffier Soirée Blanche, a charity dinner dedicated to supporting the Bali Children’s Project. With 34 guests in attendance, the evening raised IDR 13 million to help provide educational opportunities for underprivileged children in Bali.
The evening was a culinary showcase, featuring exquisite creations from renowned chefs, including Chef Nic Vanderbeeken of Apéritif, Chef Kim of Izakaya Lounge, Chef Gilles Marx of Amuz Gourmet, Chef Jean Baptiste of Koral Bali, and Pastry Chef Dayu of Apéritif. Each dish highlighted the chefs’ exceptional skills and their dedication to the cause, with the Hokkaido Scallop receiving special praise from guests and the culinary community alike.
