Mr. Emile Haddad, a leading investor in Cave Cay Limited Partnership—the owner of the Cave Cay project—and Chairman of the Board for Cave Cay General Partner Ltd, the manager of Cave Cay Limited Partnership and developer of the Project, stated “Our group is made up of international investors and stakeholders who have built award winning communities as well as hotels and resorts globally.”
“This partnership with Bvlgari brings together people who share a similar philosophy about building places. A philosophy founded in quality, sustainability, and providing a superior experience at every level.”
“The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions at Cave Cay is consistent with the Bahamian government’s vision of making the Exuma the premiere destination in the Caribbean”.
The Hon. I. Chester Cooper, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism for the Bahamas commented: “The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions at Cave Cay is a transformative investment that underscores the exceptional appeal of the Exumas on the global stage. “
“This project goes beyond luxury; it represents a significant step in our strategy to drive sustainable economic growth, create meaningful opportunities for Bahamians, and establish The Islands of The Bahamas as a leader in high-end tourism. We welcome this partnership and its potential to redefine what it means to experience our destination.”
Felipe MacLean, director of Cave Cay General Partner Ltd, said” For the past several years we have made a commitment to partner with the Bahamian government and to help position the Exumas as one of the most sought-after destinations in the world. The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions at Cave Cay will do exactly that”.
ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel out of Milan is the architectural firm responsible for the design of the project. It is the firm that has been responsible for the design and curation of all Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts around the world.
Patricia Viel said “The residential and bespoke style of Bvlgari hospitality finds an ideal setting here. The resort and mansions unfold across the entirety of the island, remote yet accessible, preserving its natural beauty, landscapes, and breathtaking scenery.”
“Like all the Exumas Cays, Cave Cay protects an extraordinary inner lagoon from the might of the Atlantic Ocean. The island’s natural architecture will be reflected in the design of the villas and mansions, expressed through the distinctive roof profiles and transparent views that open fully to the sea overlooking a coastline punctuated by coves and beaches”.
Servotel, the global hospitality & lifestyle real estate consultancy firm spearheaded by Omer Isvan, is the lead development advisor of the project.
